The retrofit of the RFD45 sand cooler at YOUNGJIN Foundry in Korea has been successfully commissioned with remarkable performance. The unit delivers stable control of return sand temperature and moisture, homogenizes moulding sand, reduces casting defects and ensures steady operation of the moulding line.

To date, FONDARC has four sets of RFD series sand coolers running at foundries across South Korea. These proven return sand cooling solutions serve local green sand lines and have earned positive recognition from Korean foundry customers.
